- At least 3 years of experience in coordinating IT projects or in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of project management, IT governance, and project portfolio management.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize the activities of the Project Management Section in accordance with applicable legislation and the Bank’s internal regulations.
- Develop and implement a unified IT project management methodology across the Bank.
- Manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, planning, and alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor the implementation of IT projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
- Identify and manage key project risks and issues, proposing corrective actions and escalation when necessary.
- Coordinate the project closure process and verify project implementation in accordance with the target architecture and the Bank’s standards.
- Develop and maintain the IT Governance framework, ensuring alignment between IT activities and the Bank’s development strategy.
- Participate in the development of the IT Strategy and in the annual planning and budgeting process for technology investments.
- Ensure compliance with national legislation, National Bank of Moldova regulations, and internal rules governing IT activities.
- Represent the Information Technology and Digitalization Division in its interactions with Internal Audit, External Audit, and the National Bank of Moldova, coordinating the provision of information and monitoring the implementation of action plans resulting from audit and control engagements.
