Individuals-consumers-residents and non-residents have the right to transfer from Moldova to provide the bank with supporting documents (documents confirming the need for payment / transfer, the fact of temporary residence abroad and containing data on the amount of payment / transfer). Transfers are made within the amount specified in the document.

A one-time transfer abroad, intended for family expenses, in an amount exceeding EUR 10 000 (or their equivalent) but not exceeding EUR 10 000 (or their equivalent) is carried without submission to the authorized bank of documents confirming the degree of kinship (birth certificate, certificate of marriage registration, etc.).

A one-time transfer abroad intended for family expenses in the amount exceeding 10 000 Euros (or their equivalent) is carried out upon submission to the bank of documents confirming the degree of kinship, as well as documents confirming the need for payment / transfer by a natural person-consumer in favor of which a transfer is made, and containing data on the amount of payment / transfer.

Without presentation of supporting documents, a natural person-consumer can make a one-time transfer abroad in an amount not exceeding 10 000 Euro (or their equivalent).
Transfers are carried out by authorized banks for the issuance of a personal identity document by a physical consumer, on the basis of a written order signed by him, which, in addition to other data, indicates the purpose of the payment and that payment is not carried out within the framework of entrepreneurial activities.
