Important details

Access to international airport business lounges is granted under the following conditions:

free of charge (for the cardholder only) – subject to transactions of at least 9,000 MDL (or equivalent) made within the last 30+5 days prior to travel;
fee-based – USD 35 / person.

To access the lounge, the client must:

download the Visa Airport Companion app (App Store / Google Play);
register the Visa Platinum card in the app;
check whether the selected lounge is included in the program (some airports may have restricted access areas);
generate a QR code in the app and present it at the entrance.

If the client is unable to use the app, the QR code can be generated via the Visa Concierge service.

Access to the Concierge service is provided via dedicated chat channels (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp), and client registration is performed automatically by the Bank at the end of the day upon card activation.

The Visa Platinum card can be issued both at Bank branches and directly via the ECBank application (for existing clients). In this context, the applicable tariffs for this card type have been established and updated.
