EuroCreditBank officially included in the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme Register

BC “EuroCreditBank” S.A. announces its official inclusion, effective 11 September 2026, in the Register of Participants in the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) Scheme.

This milestone represents an important step in aligning EuroCreditBank’s payment services with European standards and developing the infrastructure required to process euro transfers through SEPA.

EuroCreditBank’s application for adherence to the SEPA Credit Transfer Scheme was submitted to the European Payments Council (EPC) by the Association of Banks of Moldova on 30 July 2026.

Inclusion in the SCT Register confirms EuroCreditBank’s commitment to further modernising its banking services and providing customers with modern, secure payment solutions aligned with European standards. At the same time, this step contributes to strengthening financial connections between the Republic of Moldova and the European financial area.

EuroCreditBank is currently implementing the technical and operational solutions required to connect to the SEPA infrastructure and process euro transfers in accordance with the scheme’s requirements.

Once the service is launched, individuals and companies will be able to send and receive SEPA transfers in euro, benefiting from a fast, secure and transparent payment process, as well as competitive terms.

The service launch date, the terms and conditions for SEPA transfers, and the applicable fees will be communicated at a later stage through EuroCreditBank’s official channels.
